What we have planned together:
Become part of a newly created team with a passion for movement and change. In the HR Service Line of the HR Direct Services department of the REWE Group, you will contribute to the establishment of this department and the corresponding processing of our concerns. In the first step, it is important for us to get to know our target groups and their questions even better in order to derive measures for better processing. After successful training, you will be able to independently answer incoming inquiries with the help of a solution database and work intensively on its expansion. In addition, you can expect a very good working atmosphere in a motivated team.

The position can be filled as an internship (full-time) or as a working student (part-time).

What you will be doing with us:

  • You take on responsibility: You are the first point of contact for a defined group of employees and external parties (e.g. authorities and insurance companies).
  • Your support is needed: In answering questions related to payroll with the help of a solution database. This includes all telephone inquiries related to personnel accounting, personnel time management, and personnel administration.
