As a medium-sized company with a family-owned structure and over 200 employees at our locations in Wiehl, Bruchsal, and Saal an der Donau, we are looking for a cross-location Production Manager for Medical Technology/Plastic Technology (Human*) to further develop our production department.

Your skills are needed here:

Creative talent: You will design and be responsible for the production, logistics, and technical areas at BGS (currently three German production sites including order management and maintenance team)

Production strategy developer: You are responsible for the development and establishment of the cross-location BGS production system, as well as standardization and
