Join our team as a seasoned Utica L2 Resource, taking the lead in overseeing and guiding operations with efficiency. Delivering detailed reports regularly to our client and TechM Application Support, you will handle various responsibilities including installation and troubleshooting of applications, software, and hardware support.

  • Conduct installations and troubleshooting of applications and software
  • Provide support for application queries and site-specific software
  • Manage PC hardware, network connections, and warranty claims
  • Execute IT relocations, printer and mobile device support
  • Offer assistance for end devices, media technology, and audio/video conferences
  • Handle Active Directory management and inventory of IT stock
  • Collaborate with multiple IT departments on testing new applications and hardware
  • Expertise in creating SCCM packages and scripting using VB and PowerShell
