    Junior Project Manager/Site Supervisor

    Montvale, NJ

    $75,000 - $85,000

    Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Project Manager/Site Supervisor to join our team on-site for a full-time role overseeing a significant development project involving the simultaneous construction of multiple single-family homes. The successful candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of all construction phases, including infrastructure work, and will demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively, communicate proficiently, manage subcontractors, oversee project schedules, and liaise with regulatory bodies such as the building department. Proficiency in Builder Trend software is highly desirable.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
    • Monitor and adjust project schedules as necessary to accommodate changing priorities or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to provide updates and address concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and budget updates.
    • Collaborate with the project team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
    Qualifications:
    • Availability to work on-site from 7 AM to 6 PM as needed, with weekend availability as required.
    • Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including infrastructure development and single-family home construction.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in project management software, with specific experience in Builder Trend considered a significant advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
