Job Overview:
Rendr is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Site Manager for our General Surgery practices.
The Site Manager will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient practice workflows, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Essential Functions:
- Manage daytoday operations of the general surgery practices, including scheduling appointments, coordinating patient flow, and managing staff schedules.
- Supervise practice staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to ensure a positive work environment and highquality service.
- Oversee the process of scheduling hospital surgeries for patients, working closely with Rendr's surgeons, other healthcare professionals, hospital staff, and patients to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
- Maintain EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and ensure accurate and uptodate documentation for patients.
- Promoting excellent customer service at all levels of the staff and ensures patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments at Rendr.
- Maintains staff records.
- Manage inventory and supplies for the practices including ordering, stocking, and maintaining appropriate levels of medical and office supplies.
- Troubleshoot complaints and develop process improvements to prevent recurrences.
- Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA.
- Coordinates staff meetings for administrative and clinical staff.
- Participates in meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives to contribute to the ongoing development and success of the practice.
- Other tasks as needed per practice.
Qualifications:
- Highschool degree or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese. (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience in a medical/clinical setting required.
- Experience in the general surgery specialty preferred.
- High level of professionalism and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills: kind and compassionate.
- Multitasking ability and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problemsolve, and make decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with EMR systems required.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, patient privacy laws, and medical insurance verifications.
