What to expect:

As a construction foreman (m/f/d) in Pomona, NY, you will plan, design, and manage the construction process in collaboration with the project team.
You will ensure the careful implementation of all construction measures together with the construction management.
You will participate in construction progress meetings and maintain the construction diary.
You will coordinate and supervise your own employees and subcontractors in the field of rough construction for highrise and industrial buildings.
You will be responsible for the acceptance and rectification of defects in subcontractor work.
You will monitor the quality on the construction site and ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
You will plan and manage the entire personnel, equipment, and material deployment on the construction site.

Your foundation:

You are a certified construction foreman (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), or master (m/f/d) with experience in construction sites.
You have practical experience as a construction foreman (m/f/d) for rough construction work.
You have experience in supervising and leading skilled workers and subcontractors.
You have relevant knowledge of construction contract law (VOB and BGB) and occupational safety and environmental regulations.
You have assertiveness and a high level of initiative.
You are selfmotivated and goaloriented.
You enjoy construction work and working in a team.
