    Position: Entry Level Event Coordinator

    Description: We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to start a career in event planning and coordination, contributing to the success of various events and projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish.
    • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and materials.
    • Support marketing efforts to promote events.
    • Maintain event budgets and track expenses.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to event coordination.
    • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
