Description
The DC office of a global law firm is actively interviewing candidates to join their HR team as a HR Benefits Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as the administration of the firm's benefit plans as well as managing the firm's 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, coordinating payroll changes, and performing day-to-day operational tasks.

Provide guidance to employees on eligibility and enrollment information.
Manage payroll, 401(k) profit sharing, and administering benefits such as college savings and student loan refinancing, parking and commuter benefits, and retirement plans.
Track 401(k) contributions and retirement plan expenses, answer benefit questions, and assist new hires with enrolling in their financial benefits.
Assist with preparing annual reports and perform additional tasks and projects as needed.About the Culture:

About You:
Experienced.
You have at least five (5) or more years of previous law firm experience administering benefits for attorneys and staff.
A bachelor's degree is required.Meticulous. You operate with the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Communicative. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Systematic. You flawlessly follow directions and are methodical when following up on a task.
Flexible. No task is too big or too small for you. You are open to taking on new job responsibilities as your role at the firm evolves.
