- Organize and research various event opportunities for multiple offices nationwide.
- Answer and make calls to confirm appointments for seminars/ Greet or host a variety of events, including but not limited to: Golf Tournaments, Trade shows, Luncheons, In-House Events and others.
- Serve as the department primary point of contact for both internal and external event inquiries. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Attendee screening for some events required
- Keep track of and monitor attendees/leads with platforms such as LeadJig or Eventbrite
- Order marketing stock, event supplies, prizes etc
- Coordinate internal and external calendars and communications for various events
- Reconcile budget spreadsheets using Salesforce, Excel and other event calendars and tools
- Perform other duties such as Researching competitive pricing, creating and storing Negotiating, selecting and presenting swag recommendations, prizes and event enhancement suggestions, choosing menus, signing contracts,
- Evenings and weekend availability required due to evening and weekend events/seminars. Travel may be required.
- Three years proven work experience in Event Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Calendar, Mail, Word, Excel, Salesforce and Pardot
- Proactive demeanor, Adaptable, quick learner
