This "hands-on/roll-up your sleeves" role will partner with the CAO/CHRO, HRBP and Company Leaders to provide a broad range of recruiting services across multiple locations in support of business objectives and initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process by partnering with the CHRO. Conducts meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes and provide regular updates. Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices. Ability to source passive candidates by connecting via LinkedIn, cold-calling, etc.Conducts applicant phone/video interviews and serves as applicants' primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintains updated candidate status/disposition in applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws.
Advises hiring managers and facilitates/participates in selection decision-making meetings. Develops and recommends job offer details to hiring managers. Delivers and negotiates job offers or rejections to candidates. Supports obtaining temporary staff as required by the organization.Maintain and build relationships with agencies to ensure current and future business requirements are met in a timely and proactive manner.
Professionally represent the Company at recruiting events; community hiring events, college career fairs, etc. Other duties as assigned.
