Job purpose
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on HRrelated topics
- Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialist and assists with onboarding process
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a midsized company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

- $60,000 - $75,000 base Salary
