Location: Amityville, Long Island, New York (Flexible work arrangements)

Role Overview: As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and enhance our operations across multiple locations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our service delivery, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and streamline operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of regional managers and supervisors.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the janitorial or facilities management industry.
Strong understanding of janitorial operations, including best practices and industry standards.
Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed across NYC, New Jersey, Long Island, Connecticut, and Florida.
