As a Senior Boutique Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets for Nuovo through the development of client relationships while promoting our values and providing excellent client experiences.
You will be guiding clients through signature Nuovo Collections at our Houston studio by conducting photoshoots comprised of pre-determined poses.
Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to influence and motivate to drive required performance results while maintaining the ability to keep a mature, supportive demeanour and be a positive light in the guest's day.
This is a unique opportunity that allows for multi-disciplinary employment, combining semi-nude artistic photography and the execution of sales – giving you photography, sales, and administrative experience all in one.
ResponsibilitiesConduct sales of digital images, leather-bound photo albums, and stainless steel canvases; in both English AND Spanish
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets
Ability to listen to your client, and "read" them, in order to perfectly tailor their experience to suit their needs
Maintain ability to juggle the responsibilities of a multitude of different roles
Always be personable and positive while possessing the skill to bond with all different types of people/personalities
Greet and host incoming guests to ensure maximum comfortability
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with all clients
Maintain cleanliness of studio space and materials
Conducting photo shoots and executing all aspects of the photography concept that has been taught by Nuovo Photography
Must be able to work strict hours as required
Support order invoicing and coordinate in-studio purchasing with customer service
Ensuring quality check and immaculate execution of all in-studio client experiences
Excellent verbal communication skills
MUST
be fluent in both English & Spanish
Confident and supportive personality; resilient and persistent
Extensive sales expertise, with a minimum of 5+ years previous experience [with references]
Displays passion when representing the brand with a flair for storytelling and presentation
Numerically intelligent
Exquisite judgment and ability to not crack under pressure
Experience in hospitality and/or luxury hospitality [with references]
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to efficiently work in fast-paced environments
Assets
Be a positive and loving face for our clients that can maintain the ability to be excited for each individual that joins us in the studio
Interest in photography and/or experience in a similar field
Interest in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Lightroom
Interest with MacOS, ability to easily conduct sales on your company-provided iMac
Interest and/or knowledge of professional makeup and hair-styling
Experience working with an entirely female team
Ability to remain emotionally detached
Easily adapt and meet the needs of the customer
