Their team tackles a wide range of legal issues, from family law to business litigation, ensuring clients receive effective representation across their needs.
    Join their dynamic team in Raleigh, NC as a Business Systems Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, translate needs into technical specs, and ensure successful system enhancements.
    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze business processes and gather requirements.
    • Identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain documentation.
    • Work with management on system enhancements.
    • Conduct testing and quality assurance.
    • Train and support end-users.
    • Stay informed on industry best practices.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar field.
    • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of business process modeling, system analysis, and project management methodologies.
