    Description

    Job Title: Systems Analyst

    LOCATION: Raleigh-Durham, NC (No relocation or long/interstate commutes)

    DURATION OF CONTRACT: 12 months

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality. This individual will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps. It s a fast-paced environment where decisions are customer-centric, collaborative, and iterative. CANDIDATE PROFILE: 1.) Experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation. ***Experience with at scale batch processing.*** 2.) Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives. 3.) Ability to address operation/process issues and experience with API testing. INTERVIEW PROCESS: One round, 45-minute panel interview with the Hiring Manager and Tech Chapter Lead.

    • 6+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
    • Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
    • Proven capacity to lead clarification and translation of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter.
    • Experience in building queries and general database skills are a must.
    • Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.
    • Familiarity with restful services.
    • Bachelor s degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.
    • Superb communication skills written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
    • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
    • Prior work in an Agile environment
    • Solid grasp of Fidelity s unique landscape with experience in multiple product offerings, preferred
