    Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation's leading brands.

    We're looking to hire a Systems Analyst for our direct financial services client in Raleigh, NC (hybrid onsite) for a long term contract.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with at-scale batch processing
    • 6+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
    • Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
    • Experience translating less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter.
    • Experience in building queries and general database skills are a must.
    • Familiarity with restful services.
    • Bachelor's degree encouraged
    • Superb communication skills – written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
    • Prior work in an Agile environment
