    Job purpose
    This Transformation Manager is responsible for leading, accompanying, and executing organizational change initiatives within all GCG Group's organizations.

    This role involves collaborating with leadership to identify and implement strategies that drive transformation, enhance organizational performance, and align with the company's overall business goals.

    Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Lead Organizational Transformation:

    Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, plan, and execute transformation initiatives aimed at driving cultural change and aligning with business strategies.


    Development Tools and Resources:
    Prepare and develop tools and resources essential for transformation, including communication plans, training materials, and change management resources.

    Needs Assessments:
    Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in employee job performance and overall company effectiveness.

    Performance Measurement:
    Measure the success of transformation initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms. Maintain tracking tools to ensure the effectiveness of implemented changes.

    Talent Review and Succession Planning:
    Coordinate the annual talent review process and support the development of succession plans in collaboration with management.

    Learning & Development Programs:
    Facilitate the preparation, setup, and registration of transformation programs, conferences, and employee engagement initiatives.

    Consultation:
    Provide consultation to management on performance, organizational structure, and leadership matters related to transformation.


    Qualifications & Skills:
    Bachelor's degree

    in Business Administration, project, HR, or related field required


    Bilingual:
    English & Spanish

    language fluency required, with strong written and verbal communication skills - business fluent.

    Requires five years of related multinational experience including the Caribbean, Latin America, and USA markets and at least three years in management experience.

    Proven experience in researching, designing, and implementing effective transformation initiatives.

    Project Management Skills :
    Demonstrated ability to manage projects, develop communication plans, and analyze intermediate data. Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, or similar) is preferred. CPLP, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills and proficiency in multimedia training platforms. Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for excellence and customer commitment.


    Adaptable:
    Ability to evaluate and research transformation options and alternatives. Drive for excellence, teamwork, and customer commitment to Independence.

    Being a good team player and influencing others. Communicating effectively, applying interpersonal skills, and taking initiative. Performs other duties as assigned. The position requires domestic and international travelling up to 30% of the time.

    The role requires moving between business locations locally for example between the office and locations located within the airport and surroundings.
