Hourly Rate:
$18hr - $19hr

Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday (Full Time) 10AM-7PM


The
Call Center Trainer assists the Inside Sales Center Team in maximizing the conversion rate of calls/leads/inquiries into scheduled appointments via a prescribed appointment-setting methodology for Renewal by Andersen.

They are responsible for fully training all new Agents and providing continuing coaching and development.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for listening to calls, both live and prerecorded.
  • Must listen and grade 3 to 5 calls per agent.
  • Provide feedback to the agents and coaching them on mistakes.
  • Create an agenda for weekly trainings held by you.
  • You will be rollover for sales call and confirmations.
  • You can only actively confirm the last 2 hours of your shift, the focus will be the ongoing training of the agents.
  • You will not be responsible for taking inbounds or making outbounds unless you are coaching an agent and they are shadowing you.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service/Call Center Experience:


Prior Experience with Training/Coaching New Employees:

  • Maintained active involvement with call center leadership to monitor phone calls and provide constructive feedback to optimize performance per phone call.
  • Conducted quality call monitoring to provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinated with multiple levels of the organization to ensure all training needs are being performed and met to a suitable standard in order to achieve goals.
  • Experience training all levels of customer service representatives is preferred
  • Prior experience with providing oneonone coaching with phone reps as a result or call observation feedback is preferred.
  • Prior experience with outlining employee improvement and growth plans for ISC phone representatives is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Developed measurable training objectives related to new hire needs.

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
