    Overview Our ideal Commercial Client is someone who makes multiple roofing and waterproofing decisions.

    Responsibilities


    Partner with the resources provided (BDC, Estimators, Take-off Teams) to meet the needs of our clients and build lasting relationships.

    Spend face time with clients.
    Determine what they want and what they need.
    Help them make a decision based on the best options available.
    You are the "Face of the Company". 100% Focus on securing capital roof replacement projects.


    KEY RESULTS:
    Achievement of individual and departmental gross margin dollar objectives.
    Achievement of individual and departmental number of contracts secured objectives.
    Requirements

    College degree required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable professional experience a plus.
    Ability to read and write English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
    Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presenting to large groups and associations required.
    Demonstrable math skills, including basic calculations and measuring.
    Able to effectively use computers/technology IE Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, and others.
    Roofing sales, installation, estimating, project management, or property management experience is a plus but not a must.
    Must be a team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
    Possess a high set of moral and ethical standards.
    Willing and able to climb ladders – comfortable with heights.
