    Description

    Your Role:

    • Accountable for retaining business and increasing net revenue with existing accounts.
    • Coordinate and provide direction for customer service efforts from various departments.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
    • Prepare management reports, maintain product knowledge, oversee staff development, and more.

    What Are We Looking For?

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Minimum five years of related experience and three years of supervisory/management experience.

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum four years industry experience.

    Skills:

    • Ability to analyze and interpret business information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of company's products and services.

    Characteristics:

    • Ability to explore alternatives, analyze complex problems, lead change, and manage multiple projects.
