    We are looking for Receptionists who are enthusiastic about making clients and pets feel welcomed, possess a warm and empathetic demeanor, enjoys learning, and understands their role in driving client flow. Our team members are client centered and have great problem solving skills. Candidates should have the following attributes:

    • Minimum of one year experience in a veterinary hospital (preferably as a receptionist/customer service representative)
    • Excellent client communication skills
    • Self-motivated and reliable
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Adept at using technology including managing a multi-line phone system
    • Collaborative and a team player
    • Able to lift 50 lbs
    • hours per week with a four-day work week

We use an advanced cloud-based software which expedites record keeping and streamlines communication, and we embrace low stress handling and techniques to lower patient fear. We also offer spa-style bathing and grooming services to our clientele.
