Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.
This position offers room for growth, we will train the right person.Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Answer phone calls, take messages,
- Provide information to callers and visitors about our services and offerings
- Schedule appointments
- Fast paced auto repair shop, ability to multi task a must.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- We will train to use our system, open repair orders, create estimates and order parts
- Be willing to occasionally drive to help with vehicle delivery
Experience: - Previous experience in a front desk is preferred
- Computer literacy is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Note:
This is a paid position.
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
