This position is based in Scottsdale, AZ, and plays a crucial role in assisting patients who encounter technical difficulties with their medical devices.

Pay Rate:
$20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience
The primary responsibility of the Technical Support Technician is to manage incoming calls from patients, providing support and troubleshooting for technical issues with devices.
The technician will also support various projects related to product development, materials, engineering, and patient care, serving as a liaison as necessary.
Respond to and resolve technical issues, adhering to established policies and procedures.Monitor the technical issue phone line actively.
Provide detailed troubleshooting assistance over the phone.
Assist with inventory management and other departmental tasks or projects as needed.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
