Riggs Companies is currently looking for a User Support Analyst.


User Support Analysts are IT professionals that provide technical support and guidance to end users, evaluate user and company software requirements, and develop workflows and training materials, while maintaining thorough documentation.

Analysts coordinate service and replacement of hardware, software, and peripherals and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technical innovations and best practices.

At Riggs, User Support Analysts are self-led individuals eager to learn, troubleshoot, and enjoy a flexible workload that can include other items, largely based on the employee's interests.


User Support Analysts have the following responsibilities:

  • General IT/Tech Support
  • Daytoday technical support needs of both office and field employees
  • Install, configure, deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot user hardware and software
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot basic network
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation and training materials, as required
  • Data Analysis
  • Data entry, as required
  • Creation, maintenance, and support of SharePoint databases
  • Creation, maintenance, and support of Excel spreadsheets
  • Creation, maintenance, and support of automated data movement via Microsoft Power Automate
  • Creative
  • Photo library management
  • Website improvements (via simple WYSIWYG editor)
  • Other creative duties as interests are realized
  • General Responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Solid and respectful communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a detailed, organized, and logical approach to tasks
  • Selfled, eager to learn with high degree of selfdiscipline
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Applicants should be Proficient in the following items:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Word
  • Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, iOS, Android
  • Applicants should be familiar with the following items:
  • Dropbox
  • Adobe Reader
  • Simple Automation services, such as Power Automate and IFTTT
  • Simple Form Building services, such as Microsoft Forms and Cognito Forms

Helpful Qualifications (but not Required):

  • Spanishspeaking
  • Previous IT Help Desk Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience in AutoCAD
  • Experience with 3D Printing

Salary:
from $45,000 per year. Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interviewing process.

Work Location:
In-person (Phoenix, AZ 85024)
