    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Publisher & Creator Development Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with publishers and YouTube creators to optimize their content monetization strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital publishing industry, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth for publishers and creators.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead YouTube Channel and Publisher Website recruitment efforts for REVOLT's Creator Network
    • Establish and maintain relationships with publishers and creators to understand their business goals and challenges.
    • Provide publishers with insights and recommendations to improve their content performance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and partnership with publishers.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of publisher and creator development initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's Degree preferred
    • Experience in publisher development, digital media, or content monetization
    • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, programmatic advertising, and content distribution platforms
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Familiarity with publisher tools and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Prebid, and Google Analytics, and YouTube
