Headquartered in Yonkers, New York, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the successful execution of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in utilizing Procore for streamlined project operations.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be based in the main office in Yonkers, NY, overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
The successful candidate will bring a wealth of project management experience, with a specific focus on utilizing Procore to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.
Current Project Description:

Ground up from rock dirt to completion -11 story 39-unit mix use market rate residential- Yonkers NY - $25M
Luxury residential gut renovation to studs - 5 story private townhome - Bronx NY - $5M
Luxury residential gut renovation to studs - 7 story private townhome - NYC NY -$20M
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Team Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
Procore Utilization:
Leverage Procore to streamline project operations, manage documents, track project progress, and enhance communication among team members.
Budget Oversight:
Work closely with superintendents and other stakeholders to monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure projects meet the highest standards of workmanship.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Procore project management software.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving project goals.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
