Our Project Managers are responsible for processing and coordinating all aspects of our Projects from receipt of the Purchase Order to the installation of the final product.

This includes coordination with on-site contact, customer, contractors, designers, and installers. Therefore, at least 4 years of firsthand experience in all aspects of Project Management is required.

As a Project Manager your Responsibilities will be:

Successfully coordinate multiple projects at once from the initial order stage to production through finalization of installations.
Request and reviewing of Purchase Orders with Purchasing Department for all necessary materials for projects in a timely manner.
Create work orders and work tickets for the production.
Professionally Communicates Updates and corresponds immediately to changes on clients' orders and with all necessary departments involved.
Creates and maintains fabric recap to ensure proper consumption to prevent shortages during production.
Successfully organize and manage the measurements and installation of each assigned project.
Maintains accurate uptodate project budgets to ensure the projects remain profitable and stay within the profit expectations.
Interfaces with various internal and external departments to coordinate production success.
Responsible to keep accurate and updated data for all projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and/or 4 years related experience in project management for the Hospitality, Hotel Industry/Manufacturing environment.
Handled multiple customers/ coordinating requests/customer compliance.
Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office, EXCEL, and Outlook
Ability to follow through with details and document changes as requested.
Must be able to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and consistently achieve deadlines.
Great organization and multitasking skills are a must.
Spanish speaking a plus.
