Our Project Managers are responsible for processing and coordinating all aspects of our Projects from receipt of the Purchase Order to the installation of the final product.
As a Project Manager your Responsibilities will be:
- Successfully coordinate multiple projects at once from the initial order stage to production through finalization of installations.
- Request and reviewing of Purchase Orders with Purchasing Department for all necessary materials for projects in a timely manner.
- Create work orders and work tickets for the production.
- Professionally Communicates Updates and corresponds immediately to changes on clients' orders and with all necessary departments involved.
- Creates and maintains fabric recap to ensure proper consumption to prevent shortages during production.
- Successfully organize and manage the measurements and installation of each assigned project.
- Maintains accurate uptodate project budgets to ensure the projects remain profitable and stay within the profit expectations.
- Interfaces with various internal and external departments to coordinate production success.
- Responsible to keep accurate and updated data for all projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and/or 4 years related experience in project management for the Hospitality, Hotel Industry/Manufacturing environment.
- Handled multiple customers/ coordinating requests/customer compliance.
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office, EXCEL, and Outlook
- Ability to follow through with details and document changes as requested.
- Must be able to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and consistently achieve deadlines.
- Great organization and multitasking skills are a must.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
