Process and Project Manager Service (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You analyze and document existing processes and procedures and participate in audit appointments.

Requirements of the existing quality management systems for the service process are implemented and ensured by you.

You coordinate and specify after-sales requirements in the product development process.

Best practice solutions for service, spare parts, and warranty processes to expand and develop the service portfolio in after-sales are designed by you.

You lead and support departments and subsidiaries in implementing process optimization measures in service.

Solutions and optimization approaches for existing processes and procedures are developed, planned, and implemented by you to achieve the goal of sustainable and group-wide efficiency increase in the service/spare parts factory.

Concepts for new business areas in the spare parts/service business are designed and implemented by you.

You initiate, plan, and manage projects and associated teams in coordination with the department management. In addition, you support in planning, organizing, and conducting service information, training events, and trade fairs in digital and presence formats.

You develop customer-oriented service models.

You develop product/country-specific strategies for sustainable safeguard
