• Must have field experience in façade restoration and roofing/waterproofing

• Appropriate Site Safety Training (62Supervisor/40Worker NYC Department of Buildings credentials)
• NYC Department of Buildings SST Training (required)
• Responsibilities
• The Project Manager is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of roofing/waterproofing and exterior façade projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions
• Provide estimates for façade restoration and roofing/waterproofing works at commercial buildings
• Possess working knowledge of project plans, specifications, owner contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, daily onsite document requirements and all project related documents for field and estimating purposes
• Develop an initial schedule and provide detail to schedule, as required for project
• Develop, maintain and enforce a project site logistics plan and temporary facilities plan
• Monitor administrative procedures to track project
• Ensure labor relations, Safety and Department of Building Codes are in compliance
• Implement and monitor project budgets
• Assist with buyouts and prepare subcontracts
• Maintain accurate set of asbuilts
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with associate parties and trades
• Represent company at project coordination meetings
• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices
• Negotiate, prepare and issue change orders
• Research, monitor and execute accurate projectspecific material ordering
• Advise management of all relevant information pertaining to project, especially changes that can impact schedule and profitability
