    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with expertise in wholesale distribution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of wholesale distribution processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions to meet their needs.

    Manage wholesale orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and procurement, to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Proactively identify opportunities to optimize wholesale distribution processes and enhance customer experience.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to inform business decisions and improve service quality.

    Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to effectively anticipate and address customer needs.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a wholesale distribution environment.

    Strong understanding of wholesale distribution processes, including order management, inventory control, and logistics.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
