- BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
- PHR and/or SHRM certification is a plus. Company supports obtaining and renewing certifications.
- 3+ years HR experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills including experience with ATS software.

Human Resources Generalist
Our client, an industry leader with operations in the Triad (central NC) has an immediate need for an Human Resources Generalist to join their exceptional and innovative team This is a hands-on role that provides human resources support in a manufacturing environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
1 - Talent Acquisition and New Hire: Overseeing the hourly employment and onboarding process, the recruiting and employment process, and screening and interviewing candidates.
2 - HR Generalist Role: Help coordinate and manage Human Resource functions including: employment engagement events, resolving employee issues, and maintaining unemployment.
