- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Post job openings on various platforms and forwarding resumes to the department managers
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as a back up in payroll processing using Sage 100 software.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and policy development.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Nice to have: Experience with payroll processing, preferably using Sage 100 software, is a plus.
