- Experience across multiple roles; managing full-cycle AP and AR processes, including invoicing, customer and vendor setups, AR collections, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborate with customers on developing quotes, sales orders, invoices and calculating and balancing commissions using QuickBooks Enterprise Software.
- Skilled in handling diverse assignments and managing multiple vendors and customers, adept at resolving issues and covering for team members during emergencies or absences.
- Collaborative team player providing day-to-day support to the CFO President, and other departments as assigned, ensuring efficient workflows and problem-solving.
- Work with Manufacturing, Shipping, Inside Sales, VP of Sales, Customer Service, and Sales Engineers as needed.
- Proven history of developing and implementing efficient AP and AR processes.
- Initiative-taking accounting professional with expertise in managing high-volume accounts payable, encompassing tasks such as invoice auditing, data analysis, conducting weekly check runs, and performing financial reconciliations.
- Detail-oriented and organized, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- A strong collaborator capable of assisting fellow employees and effectively managing vendor and customer communications.
- Experienced in customer service, proficient in data entry, and well-versed in general ledger accounting.
- Familiar with various systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially software knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, when necessary, within production requirements and schedules.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bilingual, English first, Spanish preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
