    Job Overview:

    As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our existing accounts while also generating new opportunities to boost our revenue. Your primary focus will be on achieving individual sales targets within your designated territory, specializing in our innovative Fraud and Security Solutions centered around video-based security.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute effective sales strategies to meet or surpass your sales quotas through strategic territory management, focused account prospecting, and regular appointments with new prospects.
    • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, including facility visits when necessary.
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with current customers by continuously monitoring their systems and formulating strategies to enhance revenue through upgrades and expansions.
    • Assess customer requirements and propose tailored sales solutions accordingly.
    • Prepare accurate sales order documentation reflecting customer configurations and solutions.
    • Leverage the company's CRM tool to provide timely reports to sales management, including weekly and monthly forecasts, sales pipeline status, and prospecting outcomes.
    • Regularly update the sales database to track account activities and statuses.
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Verint products, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Complete additional reports and projects as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    • A minimum of three years of experience in selling security and/or video-based technology.
    • Proven track record with indirect sales through integrators and an extensive professional network.
    • Strong understanding of market needs in video-based security technology, including IT, networks, wireless devices, and software analytics.
    • Technical competency to effectively engage in discussions about Verint products.
    • Proven ability to connect with end users and engage with senior-level organizational contacts.
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Must reside in or near the assigned territory.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region and nationwide as needed.
    • Successful completion of a background screening, including employment verification and criminal checks, in accordance with federal and local regulations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • IT background is a plus.
    • Prior experience in the security industry is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Verint products is advantageous.
