- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and direct marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
- Drive product launches and ensure successful market entry by developing and executing launch plans, market segmentation strategies, and messaging frameworks.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage marketing budget effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
