    Position Summary

    As the Director of Marketing, you will lead our companys marketing efforts, with an initial focus on brand awareness and performance marketing. This job primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to improve Vyncas market presence, share of voice, and market share among three key audiences: patients, providers, and health insurance plans. This position will oversee internal and partner efforts in marketing through social media, the Internet, paid marketing, media events, trade shows and conferences, and community events.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced digital health or tech-enabled healthcare services start-ups. The candidate is expected to be comfortable using data-driven approaches and has a record of using creative marketing techniques that yield exponential revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and deploy marketing programs working with data to support company objectives across different segments and channels.
    • Develop marketing plans, including clear business cases for investment in marketing programs.
    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, driving collaboration with key stakeholders.
    • Evaluate marketing program impact by measuring and reporting on sales lead generation, volume and growth of referral channels and enrollment, patient lifetime value, and the retention of customers, referral partners, and patients.
    • Propose and manage market research projects to generate insights from key audiences to develop overall marketing strategy, positioning, and communications.
    • Manage external creative and PR agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders on strategy, projects, and communications.
    • Build a local market playbook that details a replicable marketing approach to drive awareness and growth in an individual market.
    • Develop marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations, to support the Sales team.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience in marketing with healthcare and start-up companies is required.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
    • Location: The San Francisco Bay Area is preferred for this position. However, we are open to considering other qualified candidates who are enthusiastic about contributing to our mission and are willing to work remotely during Pacific time hours.

    What We Offer:

    • Base pay range of $140,000- $180,000. Compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, and location.
