    Description

    About the Role:

    Join Wells Fargo as a Lead Product Data Analyst, HR Systems (Lead Business Execution Consultant) within the HR Governance and Employee Relations Team in Traditional Product Management. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of Wells Fargo's Human Resources transformation, delivering a new experience to our team through process and technology.

    In this Role, You Will:

    • Elevate the HR Portfolio and roadmap in collaboration with Product leadership, HRIS, HR business owners, and other stakeholders
    • Collaborate with business partners to assess requirements, plan projects, and engage in efficient development, delivery, and deployments
    • Act as the top internal consultant within technology and business groups, enhancing HR technical and business processes for greater efficiencies
    • Lead the planning, support, and execution of user acceptance cycles, including identifying and documenting relevant test scenarios and cases
    • Create effective documentation to capture and communicate business processes and requirements
    • Influence, guide, and lead other Strategy and Execution staff members
    • Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and understand client objectives
    • Drive requirements with product expertise and industry knowledge
    • Partner with client areas to analyze complex business problems and implement automated systems
    • Manage multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams, risk management, and legal
    • Own and manage system administration for Workday/ServiceNow
    • Stay updated on vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including testing and deployment
    • Assist in decomposing epics into user stories
    • Maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool
    • Collaborate with user groups to assess needs and recommend changes
    • Ensure cross-functional dependencies are managed to execute projects with quality and timeliness
    • Contribute to delivering solutions considering global market dynamics, trends, and risk management

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of HR Systems product and/or business analyst experience
    • 3+ years of HR data analysis and reporting experience
    • Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms
    • Experience in Agile environments
    • 1+ years of Workday and ServiceNow integrations experience
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
    • Participation in industry groups supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

    Job Expectations:

    • Preferred locations: Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN
    • Hybrid work schedule
