    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our insurance agency's marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and updating our agency's marketing efforts. You will work with stakeholders from across the organization to identify marketing opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and execute marketing efforts across a variety of platforms.

    Requirements

    • Develop and maintain an email marketing strategy to drive new business sales and to cross sell additional services to current clients. [Experience with ActiveCampaign or Pardot and Salesforce is preferred.]
    • Work with stakeholders to determine Digital Marketing opportunities and KPIs.
    • Manage social media accounts and promote a consistent brand voice across platforms.
    • Work with stakeholders to create effective paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
    • Manage and promote the Whiteboard Podcast with monthly live Q&A sessions.
    • Coordinate with Creative Director to maintain company website.
    • Publish and promote blogs and use Wordpress tools to manage SEO efforts.
    • Monitor results on our variety of marketing initiatives and prepare regular reports to Stakeholders.
