We are looking for a passionate, world-class product leader to lead IMDb Publisher Monetization for Amazon Advertising.This leader will collaborate closely with the IMDb publisher teams to create and manage advertising supply and implement yield management practices to deliver long-term advertising revenue growth that balances the needs of IMDb users with those of advertising customers.
They will also own and deliver on critical SVP and/or S-Team level goals, insisting on high standards from their partner engineering teams to deliver results.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to identify problems and develop solutions. They must have strong analytical capabilities with a process improvement mentality. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive communication, and presentation skills are required.Key job responsibilities
As Principal Product Management - Technical, you will lead through influence, collaborating with a team of software developers to deliver on your product vision and roadmap for IMDb Publisher Monetization.
You will thrive in leading complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize features while spearheading the definition of new capabilities through product and technical design documents.
You are able to drive initiatives independently while effectively influencing across organizations.You have a high level of comfort with ambiguity and a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges.
You work backwards from the customer, dive deep into data to understand the issues, and drive product development to deliver collaboratively with your teams and partners.
