- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 5 years of related experience with Bachelor's, or 4 years with Master's degree
- 4 years of experience in technology consulting and/or technology design
- 4 years of experience in analyzing business requirements and defining solutions
- 2 years of experience in project and product management
- 2 years of experience leading technology teams
- Experience with agile methodology
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel
