    Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

    Company: House of Forging and Ironwood Connection

    Location: Houston, TX

    House of Forging and Ironwood Connection, a leading distributor and fabricator of ornamental iron and wood stair parts, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team.     Responsibilities:

    • Managing and coordinating sales activities alongside your Sales Associate
    • Planning sales and coordinating for value-added services
    • Creating and reviewing sales reports
    • Managing and updating sales presentation materials including brochures, sales decks and posters
    • Offering after-sales support to customers and clients
    • Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requests
    • Keeping customers updated with relevant product information
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in sales or a sales support function.
    • Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
    • Familiarity with parts distribution or construction materials a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
