Primary Duties

  • Assist in every aspect of customer operations channels.
  • Efficiently manage schedules, meetings, and appointment planning.
  • Supervise the administrative operations within the department.
  • Undertake minor project management and compile reports.
  • Conduct data entry tasks to maintain uptodate reports.
  • Engage actively with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage company assets and resources.
  • Handle the organization and management of assets and materials.
  • Assist with the monitoring and delivery of performance KPI's.
  • Assist with deck building and meeting agendas.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct office activities and adhere to company policies.
  • Skilled in providing support to clerical and support staff, especially in complex or sensitive tasks.
  • Responsible for maintaining an organized inventory of office supplies.
  • Competent in managing records, documentation, and sensitive files such as employee records.
  • Ready to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in administrative and clerical roles.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.
  • Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required.
