- Attend seminars/trainings on IRS, DOL or Industry related issues and present findings to department.
- Self-sufficient in operating day-to-day administrative systems including ASC compliance testing system, record keeping systems, departmental databases, and other document generation systems.
- Actively participates in departmental projects to improve processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to consult with group clients to simplify and/or improve plan design.
- Partner with management to present proposed changes to clients.
- 5+ years' experience with defined contributions.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is a plus or any combination of education and experience, which provide an equivalent background; current ASPPA designation
- 403b Plan, 401k Plan and 401a Plans knowledge required.
- ASC experience required.
- Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Ability to present information of a complex nature to all levels of management.
- Experience in MS Office applications, proficiency in Excel.
- Strong project, research, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and direction, and with a team in a results/deadline driven environment.

Sr. Compliance Administrators will provide support to plan sponsors in plan design and testing issues. You will be responsible for administering all regulatory testing requirements as specified in the Plan Documents. Collection of census, plan, and client data. The input of employer data to a pension system and setting up proper plan files. Monitoring plan activities, including contributions and distributions, for ongoing compliance with regulations.
