    Operations Business Partner

    to join our Team

    What you do:


    As a member of the Operations team, the Operations Business Partner will play an integral role in supporting organizational effectiveness and delivery of key services to clients within the market.

    You are at the heart of the market's operations and the soul that keeps the market team moving forward.

    You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.

    You move quickly with the changing environment.

    In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business acumen and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

    This position will report to the Director of Operations Support and Implementation and will represent PE in a positive and professional manner.


    What you will be working on:
    Assist Market in planning, prioritizing, and communicating initiatives to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality are met.
    Function as project coordinator for various operational projects within market
    Provide analysis and consulting to leadership to drive data-driven people decisions and implementation of best practices
    Able to adapt your approach and pivot your skillset from strategic, high level program implementation to granular day-to-day needs of a fast-paced business
    Ensure processes and administrative infrastructure are in-place to support operational excellence and hitting goals.

    Responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings, including defining objectives, purpose and agendas, and constantly looking for ways to improve the operational cadence of the group.

    Proactively ensuring that all relevant teams and stakeholders are up to date and working effectively by adhering to best practices for communication and documentation.

    The Operations Business Partner will ensure concerns are anticipated and raised early to project owners in order to resolve issues that prevent progress
    Drive initiatives by coordinating and tracking timelines, milestones, and statuses, escalating issues as needed. Able to work across big picture initiatives with the ability to break assignments down into manageable efforts and ensure they are able to be tracked and delivered

    In time, and working with the Market Leadership you will forecast and anticipate emerging opportunities across the Market, and preemptively work on solutions, constantly looking for areas to improve.

    Work closely with key business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and customer-specific solutions.
    Provide exceptional service to the business by offering timely solutions that ensure continuity of business operations.
    Analyze metrics to identify areas of opportunity for automation and process improvement
    Identify trends in performance data, execute root cause analyses, and recommend and implement solutions that drive improved performance for business stakeholders

    Proficient in use of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Project Management applications
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and possess strong analytical skills
    Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee projects from origin through execution
    Strong project management and time management skills.
    Willingness to travel on occasion, some overnight travel may be needed
    Must be a team player with a positive "can do" attitude
    Must have an open mind and willingness to think outside the box
    Must have a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance
    Must demonstrate clear and concise communication in both written and verbal interactions
    Must demonstrate a high standard of organization
    Must possess the ability to accept direction, ask questions to fully understand the project scope in order to work independently and produce an accurate result

    What you know:
    To be successful in this role you will have the following experience or knowledge:
    Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field is required
    Minimum of 5 3 years of management experience in a Healthcare environment
    PMP Certification is a plus.
