Your Responsibilities:


  • You will manage a team of 510 employees and receive prequalified customer leads from our marketing team
  • You will be responsible for our presales process and ensure a positive customer experience by helping your team conduct competent consultations about our aligners
  • You will be accountable for team performance and regularly monitor our presales KPIs
  • You will create a positive work atmosphere and know how to inspire your employees and guide them towards independent solutions
  • You think outside the box and see challenges as opportunities to excel and overcome

Your Profile:


  • You have completed a (business) education or degree and have several years of experience working with customers
  • You enjoy leading a team and helping your employees achieve success
  • You have exceptional communication skills and a "no" only motivates you to work harder
  • You are constantly thinking about growth you are eager to learn quickly, think outside the box, drive things forward, and go the extra mile
  • You are proficient in programs like Salesforce, Twilio, etc. and have an analytical mindset
  • You are fluent in German and English
