True Society is a collective of global bridal boutiques that offer brides the ultimate wedding dress shopping experience.

With locations in the USA, Australia, and Europe, we support brides in celebrating their personal style that represents their true selves.

True Society stores exclusively offer internationally renowned designer brands such as Essense of Australia, Stella York, All Who Wander, Martina Liana, and Martine Liana Luxe.

True Society in Tioga Terrace, NY is our fifth store in Europe and is part of a growing collective of bridal boutiques worldwide.

The new bridal boutique will be the place where wedding dress dreams come true.

For the planned opening in fall 2024, we are looking for dedicated team members (our True Crew) with retail experience, a passion for bridal fashion, and a flair for trends.

Responsibilities:
Your tasks

Consistently provide an exceptional shopping experience for all brides and their entourage
Work individually with brides to create their unique bridal style for their wedding day
Build relationships with each bride through continuous communication
Assist bridesmaids and other wedding guests with selecting, sizing, and ordering their dresses
Stay uptodate on current bridal fashion trends, as well as the selection of accessories, addons, and services
Assist in implementing new business ideas related to customer experience, sales promotion, new technologies, and merchandising
Participate in and support the organization of instore events, bridal fairs, and promotional activities
