Your task:


As a customer service advisor (m/f/d), you ensure that our customers in the market receive the best possible solutions in the areas of customer care, cash desk/info/service, after sales, services, and repairs.


Your responsibilities include:


  • You advise our customers and handle customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and purchase processing (cashiering)
  • Passionate, customeroriented, competent
  • You perform administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account, etc.
  • You are in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs
  • You actively support customer events
  • You maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
  • You adhere to national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors and implement them

Your profile:

You enjoy working with people and have a passion for innovative technology.


You bring the following qualities:


  • You have successfully completed a serviceoriented vocational training (ideally in the hotel & trade or event industry)
  • You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You are communicative, strong in implementation, and work solutionoriented
  • You are a team player and enjoy working towards common success
