Our new EhaP Plus project "BeWiM" in Ghent, WV offers low-threshold counseling for homeless people in German, Russian, Polish, Bulgarian, and Romanian.

In addition, trainings for employees of the public sector will take place to facilitate the integration of the target groups into regular support services.

For this purpose, concepts need to be developed, tested, and implemented.

To support our team, we are currently looking for a:


Pedagogical Officer for EU Project (Counseling for Homeless People):19.7 hours/week, fixed-term until September 30, 2026

Your tasks:


  • Development of a training concept taking into account current scientific and professional discourses
  • Establishment, training, and guidance of a volunteer team (peers)
  • Implementation of information and training events for various target groups
  • Documentation and evaluation of the services, if necessary adaptation of the concepts
  • Reports and publications for professional committees and clients

Your profile:
