The district of Oder-Spree is currently seeking to fill the following position in the Department of Infrastructure and Building Management:
BIM/CAD Coordinator (m/f/d)

The position is full-time (39 hours per week) and is available immediately.

The primary workplace is in Beeskow.

The responsibilities of the Building Management Department for Civil Engineering include the planning, coordination, and project management of new construction, renovation, and maintenance of district properties/infrastructure (mainly schools and administrative buildings) as well as their upkeep and management.


Your challenges in the coming years will include the conceptualization and implementation of a future-oriented BIM-based CAD system, as well as the creation of an internal and qualified guideline for project processing in a digital data world.


The position includes the following tasks:

  • CAD/CAFM/BIM management of mainly interdisciplinary, complex, and challenging construction projects in all project phases
- independent project management for the development and structure of a CAD/CAFM/BIM system, including implementation into planning processes, further development, and administration
- development and creation of a CAD/CAFM/BIM standard as a catalog, as well as the development of guidelines as a planning basis for external planning offices
