Update and maintain all job descriptions Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates via email, phone, and video. Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.Creating offer letters and managing pre hire process Networking with industry professionals and keeping abreast of developments in talent acquisition.
