    Responsibilities

    You will also collaborate with managers to develop improved talent acquisition strategies
    Identifying recruiting needs and sourcing the best applicants using a variety of methods to fill vacancies
    Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies
    Develop GSE's recruiting strategy, brand and EVP to position the company as an Employer of Choice
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles, needs, qualifications and competencies
    Manage the entire recruiting life cycle to include documentation in ATS, requisitions, and tracking spreadsheets
    Creating and maintaining talent pools Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes

    Create/run reports as necessary Preparing and posting attractive job descriptions to online job boards or circulating them via other channels, such as email or social media.

    Update and maintain all job descriptions Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates via email, phone, and video
    Creating offer letters and managing pre hire process Networking with industry professionals and keeping abreast of developments in talent acquisition
    $80K $100K

    Summary:
    We are searching for a resilient, self-motivated corporate recruiter to join our company. In this role, you will identify the best job applicants, and conduct interviews with potential hires. You will also collaborate with managers to develop improved talent acquisition strategies. A successful corporate recruiter will be flexible and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Ideal candidates should be able to foster lasting, professional relationships, and have working knowledge of talent acquisition software.

    This individual will thrive in working environment that requires the ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ever-changing strategies to meet our growing needs.

    This is a 30 hr/week position. Candidates in EST/CST preferred.

    Essential Functions:
    Identifying recruiting needs and sourcing the best applicants using a variety of methods to fill vacancies. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. while maintaining cost control. Develop GSE's recruiting strategy, brand and EVP to position the company as an Employer of Choice. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles, needs, qualifications and competencies. Manage the entire recruiting life cycle to include documentation in ATS, requisitions, and tracking spreadsheets. Creating and maintaining talent pools Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.

    Create/run reports as necessary Preparing and posting attractive job descriptions to online job boards or circulating them via other channels, such as email or social media.

    Analyzing existing talent acquisition procedures and developing new, more efficient methods of finding great candidates. Update and maintain all job descriptions Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates via email, phone, and video. Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.

    Creating offer letters and managing pre hire process Networking with industry professionals and keeping abreast of developments in talent acquisition.
